Swim U is alearn-to-swim educational facility for children. Our facilities areindoors and provide an ideal environment for children to learn to swim.Our mission is to provide parents with peace of mind and satisfactionwhen it comes to teaching their children to be safe and skilled swimmers forlife.
A Swim U Store Manager will be responsible for:
- Promoting theservices of Swim U to the local community
- Acquisition andretention of customers
- Organizing classschedules and communicating with parents and staff
- Recruiting, hiringand training of location staff/swim instructors
- Overseeing thefacility management/maintenance
- Being able to getin the water and teach lessons yourself if needed/as a backup. You willbe trained in this, so don't worry if you don't have experience.
This position isgreat for a recent college grad or someone looking to develop management andleadership skills who wants to be in a job that allows for creativity andcontribution. You won't be confined to a cubicle and assigned a narrowrange of tasks. You will be out interacting with the community, with ourparents and children, with the staff, and with the other location managers inother locations, as well as with corporate management.
