Our Client, Canada's largest chain of fresh juice and smoothie bars is seeking a Manager for their Edmonton International Airport location.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Staff scheduling to be competed 2 weeks in advance, with one month at a time posted

  • Covering of staff no-shows", staff illnesses, inadequate scheduling, and rushes / unexpected large orders.

  • Weekly, monthly and year-end inventory

  • Weekly and monthly sales reporting

  • Mini P L reports to be sent with the weekly sales sheet

  • Completion of food/supplies orders, with proper rotation of product

  • Inventory orders based on sales mix and sales history for same periods prior year

  • Completion of employee files, keeping detailed paperwork and staff evaluations accessible.

  • Monthly staff meetings and new produce launch meetings - Rallies - Contests

  • Always accessible via cell when not in-store for emergencies or staffing issues.

    Working with your Franchisee Owner and Franchise Business Consultant to help you maximize your time and efforts on the operation of the Smoothie Bar and to achieve results in growing sales, retaining customers and staff and creating the Ultimate Customer Experience. Please have time, twice a week, to contact your FBC to utilize their skills to help you with your Smoothie Bar.

    Your week will be broken down approximately as: 33 hours working on the line, 5 hours completing the deposits and paperwork, 2 hours orders/errands/miscellaneous for approximately 40 hours.

    The successful candidate will be team minded, extremely detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize. You must be highly organized, able to focus amidst distraction. A mature attitude, and empathy, combined with discretion when dealing with private and confidential information are essential skills for this role. Superior communication skills, ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly and take direction.
