Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overall operation of a Store including Business Development, superior Customer service and promotion of TD Bank through community activity involvement. Promotes and reinforces the TD Bank WOW! The Customer Philosophy.

Responsibilities:
*Maintains a 75 WOW! Service performance and reinforce feedback gained from Mystery Shops, Customer comments.
*Demonstrates WOW! Culture mastery i.e. protect Brand, maintain facility to exceed Store appearance expectations.
*Exhibits excellent public speaking skills for sales, management and marketing the TD story as needed.
*Practices and reinforces SMART Principles with Customers and peers everyday
Models legendary service with resolving challenging service situations by learning and applying ¿HEAT¿ and WAG skills.
*Leads and encourages support with Retail events in all Markets that promote the Brand and support surrounding communities Backroom Buzz, Bank Days, Grand Openings, Retailtainment, Job Fairs, business-networking events.
*Ensures the integrity of the operation through Store Self Audit.
*Generates and leads business calls, follows-up, letters, Friday update, Prospect Pipeline and Business Development pipeline.
*Knows and practices appropriate marketing techniques as well as understand deposit and loan trends.
*Utilizes fluency with accounting and finance to provide effective understanding and sound judgment with monthly Store performance reports, financial statement analysis, commercial lending and Notary Public service compliance.
*Manages Store budget within determined deposit dollars and assure proper, timely reporting of progress vs. targets.
*Demonstrates sales proficiency and compliance during Customer interactions with business development and products i.e. small business, Cash Management, not-for profit business, government entities, consumer and Commercial loans.
*Identifies five Cs of Credit Credit, Collateral, Capacity, Conditions, Character .
*Learns and utilizes effectively all business operational systems and databases Prospect Pipeline Database, Decision Pro, Loan Genie, D-3000, Encore!Platform in Store reporting and deposit tracking.
*Maintains active membership with appropriate civic groups to protect and benefit the Brand.
*Leads and reinforces Teller Operational Standards, Bump-it-Up issues, conflict resolution, process improvement development.
*Identifies, trains and supports Store leadership team development utilizing CARE profiles and CA$H Program guidelines.
*Conducts associate coaching sessions to positively reinforce behaviors and promote work place diversity to peers.
*Coordinates agenda, conducts Store meetings and manages schedule according to Full Time Equivalent FTE levels and budget.
*Demonstrates initiative to learn additional skills and fills-in during critical staffing periods.
*Creates a Store business/retention plan to include ways to motivate employees and effectively communicate with team.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
*Minimum of 5 years experience in retail branch banking management with strong employee relations background
*Knowledge of bank product lines and services as well as an understanding of branch operations and security
*Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal and collaborative skills with all-level internal and external Customers
*Completion of all prerequisites in the Store Management Career Advancement Learning Snapshot
*Maintain current HR and Retail Leadership education
