Job Description:
We are looking for someone to run our restaurants.  Someone who takes ownership in what they do and do what is right for our customers and associates.  As a manager, you will have the ability to make a difference.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for exceptional food service, exceptional customer service and operations by managing all dinning room, kitchen and catering functions.  This comes from directing and and motivating your team to provide customer service that exceeds our customer's expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
Partnering with Human Resources on recruiting, training, and retaining top talent;
Make sure guest are receiving "best in class" service at all times;
Maintain food service and production levels - ensure that food is prepared and served in the appropriate quantity and with the utmost quality;
Follow up with operations to ensure compliance with kitchen sanitation and safety standards;
Handle inventory responsibilities including food orders and receipt;
Manager and motivate restaurant employees through constant communication and regular team meetings
Driving financial, complete PNL management and cash handling;
Overall responsibility in store operations and maintaining a fun work environment.

Job Requirments:
Our Restaurant Managers are the key to our success! They should have a passion for serving our customers and passionate about developing others,  Our ideal managers possess the following:

A High School Diploma; college degree a plus;
At least two (2) yeas of experience in restaurant supervision or management; full-service or fast causal restaurant experience is desired;
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Word, Excel);
Ability to be on one's feet at least 8 hours per day;
Strong written and verbal communication skills...clear and professional demeanor;
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency;
A friendly and outgoing personality...must enjoy interacting with and servicing others;
Sincerity, honesty and candidness with team members and guest alike;
Initiative, drive, and a self starter work ethic;
Ability to lead, motivate and build efficient work teams;
A love for the restaurant business and desire to create the ultimate guest experience.
