Crumbs Bake Shop is currently seeking a SUPER full-time STORE MANAGER to join the CRUMBS TEAM! We are a newly public company that is rapidly expanding, so there’s a huge growth potential for the right person. We are looking for dedicated people with a strong sense of stability. We do not bake on site, so a pastry background isn't necessary; but EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL MANAGEMENT (and love of sweets) IS A MUST! Food Service experience is a plus.

Requirements for this position:
o Minimum of 2 - 4 years supervisory experience working in a fast – paced, high volume luxury fast food or retail store business that is open 7 days a week.
o Previous luxury fast food, food service or retail sales, operations, inventory control and HR management experience.
o Open and flexible FULL TIME availability (including PM’s and WEEKENDS)!
o AA or BA/BS degree in food services, retail management or related field preferred.
