To be successful you will be required to meet the following criteria:
- Previous Store Managment experience in Fashion.
- The ability to meet and maintain high standards in relation to visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inspirational leadership qualities to motivate and drive a team to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
- Be sales driven and providing exceptional customer service
- A lead by example attitude, attention to detail and dedication to your work.
