This position is located at the Spokane University City Store and will be 40 hours per week. Manages retail sales and service function. The primary goal is to serve the customers total financial service needs resulting in greater market share, wallet share and profitability. This is accomplished by creating a vital sales and service organization, promoting teamwork with partners and other corporate departments. Creates, trains and coaches a successful sales team through the development of staff as a competitive advantage. Responsible for effective staff salary administration and rewards. Develops and administers budgets, business development goals and objectives, staffing models, schedules and performance standards. Guidelines: The store manager level is determined by valuing a number of key store measurements. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.?Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years retail or financial services management experience and 2+ years sales experience Minimum Qualifications: Experience developing strategic partnerships. Good leadership and motivational skills. Ability to manage priorities in a retail environment. Ability to analyze financial metrics. Proven experience leading a team to meet individual and team sales and customer satisfaction goals. Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays. This position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. Normal work schedules typically fall between 7AM - 6PM.
