A leading eyewear retail brand are looking for a customer focussed, strong and fair leader to manage their store. If you have a taste for the finer things and you know your designer brands (or you want to learn more about them!), this is a brilliant opportunity. To begin, you will be placed in the highest turnover store in Canberra. This means you need to be a highly experienced retailer who is capable of both running a store and handling a large volume of stock and sales. You will be managing a small team in store, opening and closing, hiring and developing staff and you will be accountable for the sales and performance.
Christmas is just around the corner, this role is a challenge that is certainly not for the faint hearted! We are entering the busiest period of retail and we are looking for someone who will hit the ground running.
This role is ideal for anyone who is at a point where they want to take the next step, but haven't been presented the opportunity. You will join the team; get to know the brand, the product and the company values. What will then follow is all the training you need to become a Cluster Manager.
As a Cluster Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire states performance. It is a brilliant opportunity to move into a highly sought after role in Canberra.

To be considered for this position you must -
Have Store Management experience (12 months plus is desirable)
Possess an engaging and charismatic personality - effective communication is essential
