An amazing opportunity has arisen in one of London's most reputable lifestyle retailers. Due to recent expansion they are looking for Store Managers and Assistant Managers to join their thriving company, with 32 stores based in London, they have positions available in various locations.
Their product range is pretty eclectic; ladies clothing and accessories, jewellery, beautiful things for the home, handmade furniture and gift ideas, they cherish good design and are inspired by the cool, the quirky and the creative. Mainstream they're not. In fact, large parts of their collection are exclusives.
Main Responsibilities and Duties;
Fully accountable for the efficient and effective running of the store focusing on sales, operations and team management. Ensuring the store meets the customer needs and delivers the store results, whilst planning and developing the business and team.
Ideally you will have;
- Management/Supervisory experience, preferably in the Retail Sector.
- Proven people management, communication and leadership skills.
- Proven successful track record in delivering service, sales and profit expectations
