Store Sales Manager

Lane Bryant Outlet is searching for a dynamic Store Sales Manager to add to lead our team in our Locust Grove, GA location. Position Roles and Responsibilities:
Service-
- Teach and lead through example by utilizing excellent customer service skills and following our Style, Savvy, Service customer engagement culture.
- Ensure client retention by building relationships with customers and achieving high results in credit and capture.
- Understand the Lane Bryant Outlet product being able to communicate the benefits to the customer and teaching team to do the same.
- Create a warm and friendly environment that encourages customers to shop again and associates excited to come to work.
- Has strong business acumen and understands the importance on how to drive top lines sales and conversion.
Execution-
- Ensure all daily operations of the store are followed and executed flawlessly.
- Execute merchandise and marketing plan completely and timely, making strategic business decisions by partnering with District Sales Manager.
- Ensure shipment is processed and replenishment is done timely and effectively to meet daily business needs.
- Ensure awareness of all Loss Prevention initiatives and procedures are being followed. Educate team on LP process and partner with DSM and Regional Loss Prevention Manager on any issues.
- Manage the payroll process by creating effective schedules within budget.
- Is solution based, identifies any issues quickly and resolves them immediately.
- Utilizes peers and resources constantly to execute at the highest level and create relationships.
Talent-
- Recruit and hire top talent.
- Build relationships with peers in the industry to network and keep a strong external bench.
- Coach, teach and develop team to execute at their highest potential and create internal bench.
- Motivate and inspires team. Celebrate successes and identifies opportunities when needed.
- Leverage own strengths and identify opportunities. Create a plan to overcome opportunities.
- Works with all levels of management and has the ability to manage upward.
Job Requirements:
Position Requirements:
- 2-5 years of store management experience in a specialty retail apparel company
- Proven record and ability drive business
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Great problem solving skills
- Operates with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
- High School degree or equivalent
- Outlet experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
