Job Summary
To effectively support, and assist Wren’s Managers in the north region, will then go on to run a state of the art, market leading kitchen showroom.
Main Responsibilities
· To monitor sales performance of all consultants within your allocated store.
· To focus on sales, profit, operations, service, KPIs, communications and people.
Principle Activities
· To treat your team with respect and empower them to carry out their job to the best of their ability.
· Efficient control of rotas, ensuring maximum consultant cover of showroom, specifically during peak trading hours.
· Ensure holidays are not taken during peak trading periods.
· Constant monitoring of 'Appointment Diary' to ensure timely appointments, also ensuring Designer availability for 'walk-ins'.
· Ensure the service levels of you and your team are top class without fail.
· Ensure store standards, point of sale and cleanliness are exceptional at all times.
· Ensure all unsold quotations receive a follow-up call within 72 hours of plan. Utilise 'customer requirement form', firstly to attain sale completion and also check on team service levels ensure we are meeting the customers’ needs. Log success of marketing activity through this channel.
· Be fully aware of the store’s KPI performance e.g.: Sales, Conversion Rate, Accessory Sales, Appliance Sales, Finance etc.
· Ensure all sold plans are checked within 72 hours of purchase any corrections are actioned before 7 days from purchase. Utilise plan-checks to monitor sales consultant accuracy, common mistakes quality / profitability of sale e.g.: Accessories, appliances etc. Also ensure strict adherence to the '2 phone number rule' and collate marketing success records.
· Be constantly aware of store company sales performance and ensure your team are fully briefed also.
· Identify any local opportunities to increase sales profit within your store communicate these to your peers field management.
· Nurture your team’s relationships with all other departments e.g.: Operations, Delivery Network Store Support.
· Review all Designers on a monthly basis and ensure that support, guidance and training is available to improve performance. Also take corrective action with consistent underperformance.
· Ensure consultants are achieving and exceeding Sales and KPI targets. Set targets and produce league tables where applicable to implement local competitiveness.
· Identify effectiveness of any incentive campaigns.
· Maintain awareness of new product development, new initiatives all promotional activity (e.g. press / internet ads etc).
· Respond and implement any action points or directives from senior managers.
· Ensure Health and Safety of self, customers and colleagues is not at risk, taking all reasonable steps to ensure safety in the workplace.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
· Undertake any required training and development.
