Strategic Account Manager
A Fantastic job opportunity has risen with Accelya based in Camberley, Surrey. Accelya are a global leader within the airline industry and are seeking a Strategic Account Manager.
Duties of the role will include establish and maintain relationships within a a portfolio of existing clients,
co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations, Pro-actively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an on going basis and work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. You will be expected to embrace international travel in order to maintain strong customer relations.
To be considered for the role, you will need to be have a background with the airline industry, travel agency or GDS. You will need to be proactive, tenacious and resilient, coupled with the ability to build and development client relationships and provide first class Customer Service at all times. You will need to be proficient across Microsoft packages, with experience of CRM systems.
