Strategic Accounts Director/Buy-side Solutions

Their software and SaaS solutions, support portfolio management, compliance and risk monitoring, order and execution management, and access to global liquidity. Their clients span across institutional asset and fund management, alternative investments, wealth management, insurance, banking, pension and custody markets.

We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Director to manage a team of relationship managers. Each relationship manager is assigned a number of major accounts with the goals of ensuring client retention and the sales of additional products and services.  The Strategic Account Director is responsible for ensuring long term customer retention through building and maintaining executive relationships, monitoring client satisfaction, ensuring client value is achieved, driving the resolution of issues and improved customer satisfaction, and ensuring clients understand and buy additional products and services.  The Strategic Accounts Director is responsible for identification, plan development/execution and successful retention of clients through their team of relationship managers.

Applicants must have proven experience managing a strategic accounts team with a combination of relationship management, major accounts management, consulting services and sales. It’s also essential that you have a proven track record with enterprise software products and a solid knowledge of the investment industry (financial instruments, workflows, major players, trends, etc.)

Lastly, all applicants must ne university degree educated in a technology discipline (Engineering or Computer Science). MBA’s or Advanced Technical degrees are highly desirable.
