Certified Payment Processing (“CPP”) is currently seeking a Strategic Advertising Manager (“SAM”) for our Carrollton, Texas location.  This position is responsible for strategic oversight and management of nationwide job board postings for CPP.   Primary focus is directed to job board postings related to the recruiting of Field Sales Representatives.  The SAM will plan, initiate and manage all postings and provide continual analysis of effectiveness for the entire organization and for represented markets.  The SAM identifies opportunities, collaborates with operations and client management teams, delivers guidance, drives continuous improvement, tracks results, and directs and manages statistical reporting.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for all aspects of the company’s advertising/posting strategy.

·         Continually evaluates effectiveness of all postings.

·         Controls administration of all CPP postings.

·         Manages daily relationship with job board company representatives.  

·         Continually plans for changing markets, dynamics.

·         Provides strategic planning and goal setting by analyzing data from all postings to ensure maximization of production. 

·         Stays current with knowledge about strategic advertising activities and programs and provides information, along with recommendations, to executive management. 

·         Analyzes data and creates reports to ensure appropriate metrics are being met.  Immediately identifies areas where improvements and enhancements are necessary to increase productivity and improve the overall ad performance.

·         Continually investigates, introduces process improvement measures and presents suggestions to the HR Director and the SVP of Operations for consideration.

·         Work closely with Human Resources teams to ensure accurate audit/review and provide training solutions for areas needing improvement. 

·         Assesses both the effectiveness and ROI of the company’s advertising efforts through defined metrics, reporting and evaluations. Adjusts programs as needed to achieve highest results.

·         Collaborates with corporate office functions, shares expertise across functional lines, as needed.

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum 4-year college degree in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development preferred (a Bachelors degree in a Communications or a Business-related major, coupled with 5+ years of extensive recruiting experience, as noted above, will be considered).  

·         Proven ability to design, create and deliver effective recruiting/advertising/posting programs that yield measurable results. 

·         Proven ability to work independently and oversee all aspects of strategic recruiting. 

·         Possess strong leadership and management and problem analysis skills.

·         Demonstrated expertise and experience in people management, presentation skills, decision-making skills and commitment to service excellence. 

·         Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work in a matrix environment across functional lines.
