Strategic Assistant to Head of Group Solutions recruitment
Group IT is the global organisation within Zurich Financial Services providing high level IT Services to all business divisions around the world.
In this role, you act as primary interface on behalf of the Head of Group Solutions within Group IT Services and you are the central point of contact for the whole Senior IT Executive Team. You organize and prepare workshops and meetings, set up presentations and take minutes as required. Furthermore you support the Head of Group Solutions in all financial and cost related management activities like budget planning, accounting of actuals, forecasting, charging and reporting. You work closely with Controllers and PMO's on a global scope. In addition, you are involved in drafting internal communications and managing small-scale projects.
We are looking for an individual who develops unique and creative solutions, provided in a timely and professional way. Your educational background is preferably on a Master level and you have finance, IT and business experience gained in an international company environment, very good knowledge of MS office and fluent spoken and excellent written English and German. You should also have good communication, organizational and relationship building skills. The willingness to deliver when it matters is as important as the ability to think in broad context and the demonstration of cross-cultural sensitivity is of great importance.
