My client are a leading Corporate bank undergoing the biggest programme within Cash Management in the next 5 years. They’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on the Target Operation Model (TOM) and Business Requirements across key programmes and projects of their key change roll out across Europe.
This is an opportunity to come in to a growing team, providing opportunities of leadership and progression as part of one of the most visible projects within the cash management and payments space.
You will be an integral part of the Business Architecture team who has ownership and responsibility for the development and delivery of Business Design for these key projects.
Suitable candidates should possess the following skills and competencies:
- Strong core Business Analysis skills
- Requirements gathering, analysis and definition, including the development of Business requirements documentation
- Experienced in Business Operating Model design – including process analysis and mapping
- Ideally experience within Cash Management/Payments area
- Experience within Financial Services
- Data Analysis and Statistical technique
- Relevant degree or equivalent
