Strategic Business Performance and Analysis Manager recruitment
You will be responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, stakeholder management, management reporting and change management in addition to training and development.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading the strategic planning process, including the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts
• Working with business Executives and Managers to influence business strategy
• Ensuring effective cost centre management
• Building effective relationships to support effective holistic planning
• Analysing existing project pipeline
• Provide oversight and guidance around the finance data strategy and its implementation
• Oversight of the production of management accounts, including assisting in the financial engineering of new/ improved reporting packs
• Team management and development
Candidate profile:
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or CIMA with proven experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of communicating complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders and service users
• Finance change experience highly desirable
• Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP. Knowledge of or exposure to debt restructure and recovery will also be a distinct advantage
