PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provide recommendation for the decision making process of the organization based on external and internal business analysis, oversee the analysis for the areas of programs, incentives, sales, recognition and lead competitive research. Coordinate business and cycle planning process and give guidance and oversee business analyst position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate, propose and implement strategies in the areas of compensation plan and lineage programs with approval of Department Director and Company President
- Evaluate and propose targets for Sales Development Managers based on the Company’s Key Operating Indicators
- Plan and set the planning process for Cycle Plans
- Provide analysis and information for the decision making process of Company Strategies
- Provide the analysis, targets and reports for different Programs and Incentives

► Sales incentives (Activity and Productivity)
► Sponsoring and Retention Incentives
► Leadership Incentives
► Purchasing quantities for the different promotions
► Recognition
- Responsible for the generation and validation of all analytical efforts to aid in the decision making process in the programs, lineage, incentives and recognition areas
- Develop and orchestrate business plan
► Develop Sales Development Managers KOI (Key Operating Indicators) projections
► Determine assignments, resources and time tables
► Oversee plan synergies
► Ensure main milestones during the development and implementation process of the plan are accomplished on a timely manner
- Implement KOI segmentations to better understand business impact of implemented programs and promotions
- Manages the implementation and monitoring of the lineage program
- Provide analysis, tracking of all Lineage Programs on an ongoing basis
- Ensure all Information Technology programming changes that supports Lineage deliver the expected result
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Development Managers, the Sales force and IT to ensure information and tools are provided that facilitate their job.
- Ensure policies and procedures exist for programs and are backed up with project profiles and approval signatures
- Establish Business Planning Calendar and coordinate business planning process by managing and communicating
- Establish a competitive research system and maintain an ongoing information system throughout the company
- Position requires a great level of communication at all levels of the organization
- Position requires a good knowledge of the business and analytic capability to translate historical data into information
- Ensure all program projects have a project profile backed up with financials and approval signatures

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
MBA Preferred
Experience: Direct Sales experience required—multi-level experience preferred. 5 years experience in Business Planning, Business Analysis and Project Management with emphasis on strategy, competitive analysis and business performance. Experience in developing and analyzing business strategies and managing large-scale projects and processes across business functions. Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional, cross-cultural environment, promoting change amongst peers and senior management.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus but not required.
Other: Must be able to work under pressure in an extremely fast-paced work environment and handle several projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. Must possess the flexibility and ability to react quickly to urgent requests and changes. Have the willingness to put in the time it takes to get the job done.
