Strategic Consultancy – Global Corporate Services recruitment
The role will involve:
- Being part of multi-disciplinary teams delivering advisory services on globalisation, cost reduction, expansion into new markets and consolidation of existing operations.
- Developing colleagues' understanding of the role property plays in location selection - including labour costs, skills availability, macroeconomic indicators, qualitative criteria and financial incentives.
- Delivering European location selection projects, working with local in-country teams and advisory work for government and international institutions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
• MSc or MBA preferable
• Experience in portfolio management
• Project Management skills
• Experience in Account Management – preferably for large global corporate real estate portfolios
• German or French language skills are preferable
• Good numeracy and report writing skills
• Will be client facing and energetic
This role will be based in central London but may require some travel within the UK and mainland Europe.
