Strategic Design and Change Director – Business Architect – Wealth Management
This role gives the opportunity to have a global remit and a vast level of ownership through numerous important strategic and regulatory projects, leading the divisional groups design effort on large scale, high profile assignments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for the exciting prospect of transforming this Tier-1 client with changes vital for the future.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and enhance propositional design through both regulatory and business requirements
- Validate and approve target proposition and model design through relationships with senior management
- Design the post-ICB Wealth Proposition and operating model
- Provide practical, objective and expert support and guidance to the business through the proactive identification, assessment, measurement and management of divisional business
- Collaboration with Change Management across the division for the successful outcome of strategic projects and initiatives
Key Skills required:
- Significant business architecture and design experience
- A background of regulatory standards such as RDR, Basel 3, MiFID etc)
- An excellent record of delivering complex transformation
- Strong business consulting skills
- Strong experience and performance in the financial services industry.
- Ability to focus on achieving sustainable business improvements within a limited time scale
- Degree in Business Management is a plus
