Based in the corporate office, this opportunity will lead the corporate financial planning budgeting process for the group. As a member of the senior management team you will look at the formulation and implementation of the FPA business plan and drive continuous improvements across all their businesses. You will work at a strategic level to deliver the 5 year plans, manage the budgeting process and ensure all goals are corporately aligned. Leading a small team you will also bring best practices from your own international background and coach the team to provide value added analysis to the various businesses, helping them evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement and support decision-making.
Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience with another multinational company. You will be ACA/CPA qualified or have an MBA degree. Acute analytical skill to deal with broad and complex financial problems is essential, as is the gravitas and confidence to work effectively as part of the senior management team. Fluency in English is essential together with professional level communication and interpersonal skills.
