Certified Payment Processing (“CPP”) is currently looking for a Strategic Initiatives Leader for our Carrollton, Texas location.  This position will develop and implement key business initiatives and will serve as a business functional expert within the segments across the organization while focused on improving overall performance and profitability.  The Strategic Initiatives Leader will work directly with the General Manager, SVP of Operations, SVP of Sales, and their direct reports on a daily basis. 

Responsibilities include:

·         Analyze key business metrics to identify pain points and trends

o        Own the CPP dashboard and integrate into CPP operations

o        Request additional data from corporate office as needed, and create ad hoc reports

o        Summarize findings from data analysis and provide recommendations

·         Attend and help facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings

o        Supports business decisions with data analysis

o        Provides organization-wide perspective on business decisions

o        Follows-up on decisions to make sure action items are completed

·         Support CPP departments

o        Help business managers develop and update department-centric strategies

o        Map current processes and identify key pain points

o        Suggest on-going process improvements

o        Track on-going department performance

·         Drive top-down CPP change initiatives throughout the organization

o        Develop detailed work plans for long-term initiatives

o        Delegate activities to team members / department leaders

o        Assist in managing initiative communications

·         Develop manage CPP system change requests

o        Align change requests with CPP strategy priorities

o        Coordinate with corporate PMO for resource allocation/overall prioritization

·         Drives CPP Transformation across departments

o        Supports PMO and initiative / enabler teams

o        Administers / upholds the CPP “test learn” capability

o        Tracks pilot performance

Qualifications for the successful candidate include:

 

Minimum 4-year college degree (Bachelors) in Finance, Accounting required; however an MBA is preferred. Minimum 10 years strategic operations leadership experience, with a minimum 5 years managing financial metrics, change management functions in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.  Proven ability to design, create and deliver strategic programs that yield measurable results.  Proven ability to work independently and oversee all aspects of strategic development.  Possess strong leadership and management and problem analysis skills.  Demonstrated expertise and experience in people management, presentation skills, decision-making skills and commitment to service excellence.  Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work in a matrix environment across functional lines.
