Great opportunity for a SME in Super Investments to join this reputable financial services organisation and drive their customer experience strategic initiatives in relation to impending industry legislation changes.
You will focus on developing this organisations service excellence for their wealth business through innovative service solutions, process design efficiency, and aligning the administration processes for scalable growth
More specifically you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise for existing proposed superannuation legislative obligations, taxation preservation rules, with a special focus on Stronger Super FoFA
- Business lead project streams for service technology
- Interpret, discuss influence all aspects of product design/specifications, ensuring that individual features can be supported by existing or proposed capabilities;
- Engage work with stakeholders on service model/structure impacts when key features are defined;
- Be familiar with process design re-design methodologies to ensure that new products/features meet customer needs are supportable/scalable
- Have a strong grasp of technology concepts, especially with regard to web, member registry workflow capabilities
- Monitor upcoming legislative change to ensure that our administrative processes remain compliant
You will have:
- Previous experience in project stream management including previous experience as a business lead on a major Industry, Regulatory or Business specific change project
- Minimum of 10 years experience within the financial services industry
- Previous experience in a business improvement or technical business analysis role
- Ability to interpret complex business scenarios and their impact on the broader business as well as developing and applying creative solutions/applications to build sustainable solutions
- Good people management skills including demonstrated ability to manage a team successfully
- Knowledge of the Superannuation Industry, including current and proposed legislation and understanding of Superannuation administration processing.
