Strategic Marketing Manager
The Strategic Marketing Manager will be responsible for internal consulting projects with a primary focus on the strategic planning process, business unit review process, and the development of expansion strategies for Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV).
Responsibilities will include:
- Be an instrumental contributor in leading the strategic planning process.
- Implement in-depth reviews, similar to management consulting engagements, of key strategic business issues.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to develop business plans at the business unit and regional levels.
- Conduct strategic portfolio, pipeline and other enterprise level research and analyses.
- Integrate findings from research and other analyses into the annual planning process, which establishes the business imperatives for the organization.
- Partner with business unit and global colleagues to ensure effective execution of business unit strategies.
- Work directly with senior director to develop strategic and tactical business plans cross-functionally and cross-divisionally that drive business growth.
- Facilitate coverage of competitors and competitive activity inside various market segments. Synthesize observations into actionable insights.
