We need a Group Marketing Manager to join the team to define and develop the 0-3 year proposition and marketing strategy for affluent and high net worth individuals, wealth management (investment, asset growth and preservation).
This exciting new role will be responsible for driving Santander's Private Banking product development strategy, ensuring that the propositions developed meet customer's needs and deliver target market share. Reporting to the MD of Wealth Management you will also act as a work stream leader for development required to support a major integration project.
As Group Marketing Manager you will:-
* Lead and contribute to the development of the marketing strategy which will deliver business objectives
* Work closely with Santander colleagues both within Santander UK and across Santander countries to identify resources to develop private banking propositions strategy, contributing to and leading virtual teams
* Take responsibility for stakeholder management, typically 'heads of' and at times Directors cross functionally, to gather insight and develop the strategy plus virtual project team management
* Develop innovative and creative propositions, processes, approaches and incentives to ensure profitable achievement of targets and significant increase in market share
* Work with Santander Marketing teams to understand campaign plans under 'customer first' initiative, and identifying pre, arrival and post campaign strategies for retention of valuable customer base
* Use real insights and research to develop propositions. Use a range of financial data/techniques (statistical modelling, propensity models, forecasting, pricing) in proposition development
* Ensure risks are effectively managed
As Group Marketing Manager your skills and experience will include:-
* Highly defined skills and knowledge in Product Marketing/development gained through experience in the FS industry
* Specialist knowledge in the affluent and high net worth market
* Proven track record of developing and delivering propositions which are innovative and engage and excite the target markets
* Good knowledge of the UK market and regulatory environment (current and future)
* CIM or other relevant qualification preferred
