Job Title: Strategic National Recruitment Manager Description: Strategic National Recruitment Manager Our Corporate HR team is seeking an experienced professional to design and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national recruitment strategy to support our business. This candidate is responsible for the design and implementation of recruitment strategy, the management of key vendor relationships, and the evaluation of recruitment efforts to ensure we are sourcing, recruiting and maintaining top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning, analytics and recruiting best practices. The successful candidate will possess considerable experience designing and implementing recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with various business teams to assist the Company in responding proactively to various recruitment needs * Develop and implement an annual national strategic recruitment plan based on the Company?s current and future business needs * Create a sustainable process to measure the effectiveness and success of the strategic recruitment plan, by tracking metrics and accomplishments against the chosen recruitment plan * Oversee the continued growth and implementation of the Company?s national college internship programs, including assisting in selecting target schools, rolling out national programming, coordinating national recruitment efforts, providing on-site campus event support and ensuring the overall success of the program * Oversee partnerships with key recruitment vendors (Indeed.com, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.); review data to assess, challenge, grow and re-assess these partnerships, as necessary, and develop new partnerships with industry leading recruitment technology/process/media vendors/partners * Update and maintain company policies regarding recruitment practices * Work in partnership with managers to identify workforce-planning trends that impact achievement of business planning needs, and provide suggested solutions to any identified issues * Assist in the identification, development and national implementation of new sourcing channels and talent pipelines * Develop and deliver tools that allow managers to plan their own workforce requirements to support the recruitment, retention and development of competent and engaged employees * Utilize data as an effective management tool, forecasting trends and anticipating workforce and recruitment needs * Travel to college and other recruiting fairs and activities to represent the Company * Manage and manipulate data from multiple sources to produce reports, dashboards, and key metrics; Collect data from multiple sources and prepare reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis * Develop tools to assist and enhance reporting capabilities Qualifications: * Bachelor?s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience * PHR or SPHR certification preferred * Four or more years experience in managing recruitment and workforce planning * Ability to work across functional/departmental lines as needed to secure engagement of key stakeholders * Forward thinking while maintaining an appreciation and understanding of past practices * Ability and willingness to travel as needed for recruitment efforts, including national college recruitment * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and details while meeting deadlines * Solid PC skills, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook required * Familiarity with SAP a plus NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday BENEFITS: Graybar offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical/dental, life insurance, pension plan, tuition reimbursement, profit sharing and the opportunity for you to become an employee-owner.
