Strategic Payment Solution Specialist (Multiple Positions) Job in Shelton, Connecticut Us
- Grow the mail house portfolio with NEW customer accounts through developing relationships with NEW mail houses/print shops.
 - Manage the current mail house portfolio by contacting all current mail house partners to further grow the relationship.
 - Supporting MSM, SAM'S GAR's by assisting in customer contact conference calls and enrollments for all large government and strategic accounts.
 - Function as the main contact for enrollment and account sales management for all PB Presort accounts.
 - Convert targeted list of customers from large Trust balances to Reserve Account while discussing permit consolidation options.
 
- Cross sell permit payment options
 - Support MSM/ PB Presort/SAM/GAR
 - Reserve conversion
 
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the different types of permit mail and how financial products work
 - Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
 - Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills
 - Sales skills to include demonstrated closing skills
 - Organizational skills for proper territory planning/management
 - Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
 - Associate degree with three years related sales/telemarketing experience
 - 3-5 years sales experience
 - Ability to work within a team structure.
 
- Proficient knowledge of USPS permit mail and financial payment products. In-depth understanding of quick printer and mail service providers market.
 - Partner effectively with other PB sales channels to drive joint sales
 - Provide support to the inside sales team in coaching to support the Inside Sales manager
 - 3-5 years selling bank services
