A major government organisation, with an international reputation for delivering high standards in their sector requires a Strategic Planner - Buildings Open Space to join their team.
Reporting to the Facilities Director you will be responsible for managing strategies focused on
Sewer, Landscaping, Gas, storm water etc. A normal day will see you developing maintenance strategies for this organisations buildings and open space to then convert the strategy into service contract documentation that is then used to procure a service. To be successful you must have previously managed performance based contracts and have experience in asset life cycle planning. As well as this you must have excellent report writing skills and be experienced in creating and documenting specifications and technical reports.
Your demonstrated experience in the maintenance planning field coupled with experience in condition assessment will ultimately be the key to your success in this exciting and diverse role.
