This leading life insurer provides financial protection and wealth management to over 65 million customers worldwide. My client has ambitious growth plans through organic and acquisition. With large capital injection supporting these growth plans, this client has a strong focus in developing its Corporate Development department.
As a core member of this dynamic Corporate Strategy Development team, your main responsibility is to provide expert opinion in the origination stage of the MA process. Thorough analysis on potential targets is essential for successful acquisitions.
Reporting directly in to the Regional Head of Strategic Planning, you will be a strong analytical professional who comes from a banking or consultancy environment. Your knowledge within the insurance industry is equally important as there is a high demand in identifying potential acquisition targets. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of developing MA opportunities by utilising your existing knowledge in the Asia insurance market.
You will have a minimum of 7 years life insurance experience within Mergers and Acquisitions with at least 3 of those having been spent within the Asian market. Your experience will include significant corporate development achievements. In addition, you will also have a proven track record of MA deals coupled with exceptionally strong negotiation skills.
