Strategic Staffing Analyst Job in West London, London Uk
A well known oil gas company are currently recruiting for a senior staffing analyst to join their recruitment team on a temp to perm basis. As senior staffing analyst, your role is primarily focused on identifying, developing and optimising recruitment sourcing channels across multiple countries in which they operate.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that recruiters have appropriate sourcing channels in place for the geographies and role types across which they operate. The role is varied and includes vendor negotiation and management, job board management along with reporting responsibilities and enhancing social media initiatives. A key role within our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, your duties will include:
Job boards - Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing job board contracts
Reporting - Using application and placement data provided by Applicant Tracking Systems
Vendor Management - PSL management
Media Planning and Buying - Working to a budget, develop a mix of methods including job boards, online advertising, press, social media, events and networking for client campaigns
The successful candidate will have a solid and thorough understanding of recruitment sourcing channels and practices associated with contingency and direct recruitment. You must have the ability to analyse the effectiveness of current recruitment campaigns and discover ways to make new ones more efficient.
