Within the Corporate Strategy team, your main responsibilities will be:

• Quarterly review of peers results
  • Sales strengths and weaknesses
  • Financial performances
  • Geographical moves
  • Strategic positioning
• Analysis of AXA IM’s competitive edge
  • Perform deep analysis of each expertise business model
  • Identify sources of synergies, economies of scale and operational efficiency gains
• Contribution to strategic reviews:
  • Assess development opportunities in new geographies
  • Screening of potential MA targets

What sort of profile we are looking for:

• Currently undertaking a Master’s degree in a leading Business or Engineering school with a specialization in Strategy and/or Finance;
• Previous experience in asset management/bank/audit consulting firm is an advantage;
• Fluency in English as it is the working language;
• Literate in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Power point;
• Strong relationship building skills and autonomy (capacity to carry out a project);
• Team player with strong communication skills;
• Rigor and analytical skills.
