Strategy Analyst recruitment
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent analytical skills to assist the Head of Strategy in business planning and other strategic projects. The main focus of this role is developing analysis and recommendations for the Group's international expansion into new markets and sectors. The role will also involve working closely with other parts of Strategy such as operational strategy and other departments, such as Finance and Sales teams.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to be involved in shaping organisational strategy early on in their career. The role will involve working with senior management, including the Board. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent analytical ability and who has strong communication skills.
To be considered:
Experience
- Must have degree in social sciences / business degree and some professional experience in analysis / strategy
- Have clear and concise communication skills, both written and oral - candidates will be asked to demonstrate these competencies during interview stage
- Able to juggle multiple projects at one time
- You must have broad intellectual curiosity and be interested in current affairs
- Numerically literate - while there will not be large amounts of numerical analysis, there will be elements of analysing business performance data - more importantly is ability to use numbers as strategic input into business planning
- Be an intermediate user of excel or keen to learn
- Although not essential, we would prefer candidates to speak other languages
