Develops and executes strategic initiatives in support of web and other digital applications and channels. Understands social media tools and channels and how they are leveraged in a business to business environmnet. Develops content for web and other marketing and communication channels. Highly skilled in creating video stories including story development, shooting and editing. Initiates assignments under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives. Coordinates with other internal or external organizations to provide timely, accurate and appropriate information to key audiences. Recognized as an industry expert; may consult with internal/external organizations on how to respond in the event of a crisis. Develops and integrates key messages across the organization. Determines appropriate media edits for consistency across media, determines appropriate approval levels. Oversees projects, including enforcing deadlines, establishing copy flow, production schedules and editorial calendar. Develops marketing and communications solutions to new challenges that may serve as precedent for future marketing and communication actions. Supervises multiple project teams and provides guidance exhibiting a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness.
