Business Services is the backbone of the Group, providing a diverse range of high quality services to the customer-facing operations within the Group. Business services includes; Technology Services, Group Operations, Group Property, Security and Risk (Corporate Security Services), Business Services Risk, Business Services Finance, Business Services Human Resources, Strategy and Architecture, and Procurement.  

Corporate Security Services (Security and Fraud) seeks to work together to protect our business and our customers and to be an intelligence-led proactive team, proud to work collaboratively with the business to assess threats and drive risk-based decisions.  In order to do all that we have seven specialist teams; Investigations, Co-ordination, Intelligence and Investigations (CII), Physical Security, Fraud Prevention, Assurance, Records Management, Information Payments Security (IPS).  

As Strategy and Delivery Manager, you'll manage and coordinate relationships between global divisions, support functions and other critical stakeholders, such as Technology Services, in order to drive forward and deliver programmes of work relating to records management. Pivotal to the success of this role, will be your ability to embed the management of records into formal Group business processes and electronic systems through a consultative and strategic approach. You'll also be responsible for delivering change programmes for the Group to improve Records Management controls and compliance.          

To be successful, as Strategy Delivery Manager, you'll have experience of working in a project management environment, and the ability to drive forward and manage critical change activities and plans, using strong communication skills to remove any possible barriers. You'll have strong relationship management experience and a consultative approach, which will enable you to influence key stakeholders. It's not necessary to have experience of working in a records management environment. We would welcome applications from individuals with project management, consulting or account management backgrounds.
