Strategy/ Change management/ Project Manager and Programme Manager recruitment

 Key Requirements:

•   Work as a senior change-agent in independent and team-based regional and global projects, generic activities included project scoping/planning, business analysis covering front-to-back process reviews, risk identification and management, stakeholder/user training and communications and post-implementation reviews.

•   Lead the Global Policy Challenge Committee forum that is responsible for driving business and process changes, with the notion of reviewing existing policies and practices to identify and make changes that positively impact the firm globally.

•   Responsible for coordinating completion of program deliverables, identifying risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and solutions, as well as supporting the implementation of changes and solutions for corporate change initiatives that impact multiple functions and processes.

•   Provide budget and resources allocation, performance management and compensation decision-making. Work closely with key stakeholders and business SMEs, as well as technology and vendor resources.

•   Experience in utilizing Six Sigma quality and productivity improvement methodology, software development lifecycle and to deliver and manage organizational change skillfully.

•   Ideal candidates should have extensive experience ( 7-15yrs) in Project management, Programme management or Change Management roles.

•   Excellent communication skills coupled with stake holder management and leadership attributes would be the key requirements.
