The strategy team works with bank’s leadership teams to develop the overall strategic plan and direction for the business, ensuring a clear path to achieve their objective to be Australia’s leading bank. The team helps drive the identification, development and implementation of business strategies, growth opportunities and solutions to business problems that contribute to achievement of strategic objectives. This role has great exposure to senior management, executive’s and the business, creating fantastic career opportunities for the right candidate within the business.
Must haves:
- Top Tier consulting experience is essential
- Ideally have Financial Services, but NOT necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and wanting to work in a fast paced and high calibre team
- The client is open to sponsorship of candidates
