Our client, a leading investment vehicle with a truly global presence is currently recruiting for a VP to head up their Energy Investment team in Singapore. Reporting into the senior management team, you will be responsible for all business development, strategic and financial planning and MA related activities. You will be at the forefront of business development activities and entry strategies into the Energy sector; Valuation of potential opportunities; MA and financial modeling; Commercial strategy, analysis and negotiations.
The successful VP will hold a degree from a reputed institution and will ideally possess an MBA or equivalent post graduate study. You will have at least 10 years working experience within strategy or MA, or come from a front line operations role within a large energy company. You will be in an investment decision role and have experience in influencing decisions both internally and externally and helping to drive the business forward from a commercial perspective.
