Strategy Manager

An opportunity has arisen to join a large PPI programme. The roleholder will be responsible for leading work to define and deliver the strategic priorities of the Quality control function. There will also be a large amount of Business Analysis required in order to conduct analysis that translates complex business challenges into innovative strategic solutions for the Quality, Control and Policy. The role will also include a large amount of senior stakeholder engagement.

You must have a strong background in developing innovative strategic solutions to business issues, alongside a track record of Business Analysis of issues and challenges impacting multiple stakeholders. You will ideally have some knowledge of PPI and/ or Complaints handling although this is not essential. A knowledge of Retail banking is required, alongside solid stakeholder management skills. You will also a good background in delivering successful change and improvements.
