Strategy Manager / Management Consultant / Engagement Manager recruitment
Our client, a global IT solutions and services provider is currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager to be responsible for assisting with the development and refinement of corporate and business unit strategy. Responsibilities will include management of corporate and country balanced scorecards. Identification of potential areas for improvement across the business. Definition and prioritization of projects that are aligned to the corporate strategy. Development of client and competitor insight and strategic project and program management.
The successful Strategy Manager will have an MBA from a top tier university and will have at least 10 years management experience including extensive consulting experience gained within a leading consultancy, ideally from an IT, Telco or Media background. You will have a mix of strategy, process improvement and change management skills. Possess strong presentation, influencing and negotiating skills and have experience with performance management and balanced scorecard methodology
