Our client, a leading global communications group with operations in over 20 countries is currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager to join their Group Strategy team. Responsibilities will include leading organizational change and business transformation as part of the team. Perform analysis and research of technical and business issues associated with group strategy projects. Help to roll out competitive intelligence gathering and analysis. Identify and evaluate opportunities, trends, threats and competitor moves. Develop insightful recommendations on strategic direction and specific project opportunities that can help the management team move the needle in the telecoms industry. Find creative ways to structure and launch projects and leverage resources most effectively. Build business cases for projects that will motivate key stakeholders. Advocate projects with managers across the business and drive project execution and organization changes when required
The successful Strategy Manager will have a degree and ideally be studying towards or just completed their MBA. You will have a minimum of 3 years consulting or strategy experience, ideally within the TMT sector and be competent with financial and investment modelling and analytics.
