Strategy & Operations Executive (Client Relationship Management) recruitment
Role Context
The Strategy and Operations area operates a pool of resource which will provide the following functions for the UK Wholesale area (Platform Operations, Business Planning, Operational Support to Sales). Each member of the team will have an area of specialism however they will have a working knowledge of all aspects covered within the team allowing flexibility of resource to cover for peaks in workflow and absence. The ability to provide cover will be enhanced by the development of a Knowledge database.
Role Purpose
The role holder will report to the Head of Strategy Operations within UK Wholesale.
The ability to target communication to key holders of our funds and potential prospects will enable significant efficiencies in the current sales procedures.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain client data accuracy, quality and help manage the client opportunity through insightful reporting and analysis. This data mining will ensure a scalable and multi-faceted view of all clients and provide relevant views for all stakeholders in the UK Wholesale area. The successful candidate will support Salesforce.com users within this area through the development of process adherence, best practice and training. The successful candidate will work across the business to optimise the toolset and ensure data completeness / accuracy to provide high-quality client MI.
Key Outcomes
• Supports the CRM architecture roadmap development
• Develops and maintains up-to-date and accurate global client contact records and base data
• Monitors and ensure completeness, cleanliness and consistency of client
• Acts as the central point for Salesforce protocol, usage and training
• Introduces a series of business/sales processes to drive data capture accuracy
• Undertakes detailed data mining to identify clients at risk and cross-selling opportunities
• Delivers series of regular client MI on key client requests to inform key decision-making forums
• Provide regular analytics to inform sales management about activity and pipeline
• Identifies and implements competitor best practice in CRM applications
• Manages excellent relationships with Sales and Client stakeholders to deliver requisite views.
Key Knowledge/Experience
• Experience of implementing CRM systems in multiple markets
• Exceptional analytical skills and good grasp of basic business intelligence fundamentals
• Experience of data rich environments and data policy
• Solid understanding of Salesforce.com technology, principles and application within a business
• Understanding and experience of sales and relationship management processes / practices
• Grounding in business intelligence and analytical disciplines
• Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
