Strategy Planning Manager – Global healthcare MNC, Shanghai recruitment
My client is a leading global healthcare firm that is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager in Shanghai. Your role will cover sales forecasting, strategy planning, and new product launches. Ideally you will have 2 years experience within management consulting covering the pharma/health/bio space in PRC.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting or leading strategy/sales projects
- Generation of innovative, exploratory and/or confirmatory commercial options
- Contribute to the functional excellence development of project management
Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 years healthcare consulting experience
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and experience in supporting/leading cross functional project teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action. Strong influence, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A scientific/business degree or equivalent experience (Science, MBA, PM)
- Project Management certification (i.e.: PMP) is a plus; China Rx pharmaceutical experience is a plus
- Business fluency in both Chinese and English
