Assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, monitoring productivity, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, directs efforts and provides guidance on more complex issues. Assisting in interpreting department policies and procedures, and advising and updating staff on procedural changes, identifying performance improvement opportunities within the department and facilitates, monitoring inventory levels and assisting with managing department resources. Assisting with human resource responsibilities, which may include interviewing and selecting of new employees, staff development, providing performance feedback, resolution of employee concerns, and employee morale. General Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this job are typically acquired through three years of progressively responsible experience in stress test testing. Completion of an approved basic ECG interpretation course required within one year of hire. Current (or obtained within six months of hire) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certification granted by the American Heart Association. Current (or obtained within one year of hire) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification granted by the American Heart Association.
