Proven track record in AutoCAD and Revit detailed design and project management of large scale commercial and residential projects. You would have previously been involved in projects up to 40 storeys.
The consultancy is small enough to ensure that the culture is friendly and sociable yet large enough to provide an opportunity to further develop your career. Work closely with your colleagues in the Middle East and the UK on a number of low to medium and high rise projects. Lead your team of 8 designers / drafters and provide support for one of your team to move into your position as you move into a Management position within 2 years.

A minimum of 7 years drafting experience in a range of mid to high rise buildings is required; as is your accuracy, tenacity and commitment to providing clients with value added and innovative designs.
