Job Description

Project Engineer will work with a diverse group of project stakeholders, including senior engineering and detailing staff as well as clients' engineering and manufacturing staff to take a project from concept to completion. The position is full-time and the successful candidate's role in the operation of the firm is expected to grow in scope and level of responsibility.

Specific duties include:

•Providing sketches, drawings and calculations for submittal to various project stakeholders
•Reading and interpreting construction drawings
•Providing engineering support for modelers developing precast erection drawings and production drawings

Requirements


•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
•Minimum experience of two years in concrete design
•EIT
•Proficiency with MS Office products
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Process-oriented thinker
•Highly motivated individual that works well in a team environment
•Willingness to travel nationally and eligible to travel internationally

Preferences

•Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
•Licensure as a Professional Engineer or eligible for exam within 1 year
•Precast concrete design experience
•Proficiency with ETABS, SAP, ETABS, and/or RISA
