The SC Transaction Manager is part of a specialist team of transaction managers within the Wealth Management Chief Risk Officer area that develops and arranges large and complex financing solutions against securities for important Wealth Management clients. The scope is primarily to handle cases that have an element of exception to policy, require risk mitigating structuring (e.g. through derivatives), or involve unusually high risks and require extensive analysis. The SC Transaction Manager has front to back responsibility over his/her book of clients. He/She develops suitable financing structures, prepares credit proposals, and follows through the approval process as well as the deal execution. As such, the team member is in frequent contact with client advisers, senior management and other internal functions and acts as the primary contact for credit related matters and deal team leader in the structuring phase.
SC is a significant contributor to the WM loan book. The overriding objective is to stimulate Net New Money inflow, assist in retaining Assets under Management, and increase overall Return on Assets. The objective has to be achieved in a risk conscious manner and with a structured approach balancing the client's needs and the Bank's risk appetite.
The position also involves participation in projects for new business initiatives and product developments.
Regular reviews/monitoring and reporting requirements form the main administrative part of the role.

Develop structured solutions for large equity derivatives trading clients, including assessment of trades' risk profile, drafting of monitoring procedures and documentation, identification of risk mitigating parameters.
