Structured Equity Derivatives Drafter
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the equity derivatives division of a top tier Investment Bank. Our client is currently recruiting for an Equity Derivatives ISDA Drafting Specialist to join an expanding team.
The successful candidate will draft and review equity derivative confirmations issued under ISDA 2000 and 2006 definitions. The product range includes index/stock options, basket options, share forwards, swaps, basket swaps, cliquets, asset swaps, bond options and exotic trades. You will become involved in regulatory changes affecting the industry and contribute to the implementation of them.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have prior experience in a structured equity derivatives ISDA confirmation drafting role. You must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of ISDA terms and have proven experience of working to FED targets.
