Structured Finance Executive
Following an internal promotion, our client, an asset-based lending organisation is looking for a professionally qualified chartered accountant to join their small specialist team in Manchester. This role as a Structured Finance Executive is a unique opportunity within the North West market.
You will be responsible for handling complex transactions, supporting the directors in providing structured finance and debt solutions to a varied client base. This will include supporting the provision of financial solutions for growth, leveraged buyouts, refinancing, restructuring, early turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions.
You will be ACA Qualified ideally with experience in corporate finance or private equity, restructuring or debt advisory work. You will possess exceptional technical and analytical skills, and the ability to articulate complex proposals clearly both written and verbally.
You will have gained significant exposure to both clients and other professional advisors and should be a confident networker, willing to actively participate in social events across the corporate finance and business community.
