Structured Finance Lawyer recruitment
Key responsibilities of the role will include; Ensuring legal issues are appropriately recorded and followed; Tracking and monitoring the deal progress and flow; Working closely with the deal teams, ensuring appropriate origination, negotiation and execution of deals in accordance with applicable laws.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 to 6 years working experience as a lawyer (or equivalent), and experience in Structured Finance or Project Finance.
You should also be able to demonstrate your knowledge of project finance documentation, and an understanding of Banking structure and credit approval processes.
