Our client is one of the world's most established energy marketeers with significant presence in Asia Pacific. Due to continued growth, it is now seeking a dynamic individual to join its regional treasury function, based in Singapore.
This is an exciting role where you will advise on the financing of new capital investments in China and in the region as well as provide financial advice and treasury support for a portfolio of operating assets and mature businesses, including participation in acquisition and divestment processes where necessary. You will build strong and effective relationships with business units, other cross functional teams and joint venture partners, as well as manage relationships with Chinese banks.
You are degree qualified with solid working experience in China gained in banking, corporate treasury or finance. You are analytical, hands on and work well independently or in a team. Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills will be essential in this role where you will need to develop deep partnerships with the myriad of stakeholders. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin will be essential.
